Introduction
Yunah Han is a Busan (South Korea) born and Amsterdam based pianist, composer. She works in contemporary modern jazz, crossover and progressive/experimental music. She has also participated as a sideman in various projects, showing her openness and versatility to different genres. She creates works with dancers for experimental free improvisation. She loves making music with different artists. She recently released her first album, "A Foggy Northern Forest". On this record, a wide range of listeners can already hear not only a promising musical future, but also an enormous amount of different emotional atmospheres and the well-working combination between her own compositions and her style of playing the piano. Piano Teaching
Making music together is one of the most wonderful ways to feel the music. I enjoy sharing musical ideas with the students and what they think and letting them think in a different way. I have been teaching over 10 years, from 3 to 65 years old, so I have a lot of different disciplines. Students can memorise all the phrases using their intuition. I love encouraging them to develop their musical potential. Music can also be a way to focus.
