Over Iryna Neporozhnya
Hello everyone!
My musical journey began when I was just four years old, starting with the piano. Later, at the age of seven, I started my violin lessons.
I achieved a professional mid-grade in both piano and violin. Fueled by my love for music, I moved to Rotterdam, Netherlands, to pursue a Bachelor's degree at Codarts University of Arts. Under the guidance of teachers like Natasha Morozova and Hed Yaron Meyerson, I developed my technical skills and nurtured my artistic vision.
After completing my Bachelor's studies, I continued my musical exploration in Codarts' Master's program. Alongside my classical training, I've always been curious about potential of music in the therapeutic field. In 2023, I earned certification in Music Therapy, expanding my horizons and deepening my connection to the healing power of music.
In collaboration with my colleagues, I am member of Olga Trio. Our mission is to highlight the works of women composers throughout history. Our debut performance at the IV Concurso Nacional de Interpretación de Obras de Mujeres Compositoras was very special moment, affirming our commitment to amplifying diverse voices in music.
Beyond classical music, I've always been drawn to exploring different genres and styles. As a member of the Jong Metropole Orchestra in 2023, I relished the opportunity to collaborate with musicians from diverse backgrounds, pushing the boundaries of traditional musical conventions.
Music is a journey of exploration, growth, and discovery, and I'm excited to continue sharing my love for music with others.
I've been teaching during the last 8 years. I am flexible with the students needs and I embrace fun and creativity in my lessons, while working on technical development.
