Hello, my name is Alexandra and I am a violinist and passionate violin teacher. I have many years of experience teaching students of all ages, from children to adults. I love getting to know you and helping you to find your own path to develop your musical skills.

Lessons:
In my lessons, I like to keep a good balance between working on technical and on musical aspects. I give a lot of importance to the process of music making and try to play together with you as much as possible. From the first lessons you will be already making music!

Every student is different, has different sensibilities, interests and talents. I try to adapt to the students’ needs and offer a personalized plan and approach, according to the students’ goals.

About me:
I come from the Northwest of Spain. After studying for my bachelor’s degree in Barcelona, I moved to The Netherlands. I received my master’s degree at the Royal Conservatoire of The Hague, where I also specialized in historical violin. I currently play with different baroque and modern orchestras and ensembles in The Netherlands and Germany, and I am a member of the Azalaïs string quartet.

I can teach in English, Spanish or Portuguese.
