Hello! My name is Aleksandra.
I'm a friendly and experienced violinist and violin teacher with a classical and historical background.
I give lessons for students in every age and every level of advancement! Also for the beginners!
In 2021 I graduated baroque violin from the Koninklijk Conservatorium in den Haag. Earlier, In 2015 I finished classical violin studies and pedagogical study from the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw (Poland).
I hope to help you discover the beautiful and magical side of this instrument. If you need some help with music theory - I can also help you with pleasure!
For the beginners:
If you are a beginner, I will teach you some basic violin and music skills. In the first lessons, we will do simple exercises to teach you how to hold the violin and the bow in the correct and relaxed way. In the lessons, you will also learn some basic theory, reading music, and basic rhythms. From the beginning, you will be playing some fun, simple tunes, and little songs and duets. The lessons are held in the relaxed atmosphere!
For more advanced students:
In our first lesson, we will talk about students' needs and expectations and level of abilities and choose the right repertoire for you.
Lessons are available in English, Polish and basic Dutch (level A2) and take place in the heart of the Rotterdam City Center.
